The "Conch" architecture, tropical colors, front porches, and tin roof of this building recall another era though it was built recently. The rear porches each accommodate a private spa and extend the living areas to our great outdoors. Convenient onsite parking for each unit.
The peaceful garden calms and soothes.... The property is enclosed with a tall privacy fence with locking gate to insure a relaxed vacation. Once you walk thru the gate, you know you're in the right place! Bicycle rack shown.
	The Poinciana tree provides shade and beauty thru the summer; the sun pours thru in the winter months when all the leaves and flowers have fallen. The lounge deck receives sun and shade throughout the year. Here you will find a BBQ, free washer/dryer, lounge chairs and table.
The Garden Unit jacuzzi area extends into the garden from the bedroom. Hammock and chairs/table for further relaxing.
	Each unit has a king bed along with 2 TV's. DVD player, and portable cassette player. Of course, all linens are provided. The Garden Unit is pictured here; the Treetop Unit bedroom has cathedral ceilings.
Each living room has a queen sleeper sofa along with TV and DVD. The Garden Unit is shown here. The Treetop Unit has the same layout but with cathedral, open ceilings. Bahama ceilig fans (plus A/C) in each room.
	The Treetop spa in on a covered back porch thru the french doors from the bedroom. The hammock is on the front porch, overlooking rooftops and palm fronds. You'll also find a small table and two chairs for outdoor coffee or evening cocktail..
The Treetop Bedroom is just steps away from the private spa on the covered back porch. For your convenience, each unit provides a beach pass along with beach chairs and towels.
	Each kitchen has full size appliances along with microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and blender. Bay windows of the Treetop Unit, shown here, give a great view of the lane and rooftops. After you stay at Poinciana Place, you'll see why our guests return year after year!
